What happens to the information you send us.
What we collect
Through the enquiry form: your full name, email address, the service you are interested in and a short description of your need. Company name and phone number are optional. We also record the time of submission, the page and button the enquiry came from, and a hashed network address used only to prevent abuse.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demonstration or discussion. We do not use it for marketing lists, and we do not sell or share it with third parties except the services needed to store it securely and to verify that the submission came from a person.
What not to send
Please do not include identity numbers, tax information, banking details or other financial records in the form. If they are needed later, we will agree a secure way to exchange them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept privately for as long as needed to follow up, and then deleted or retained only as part of a customer relationship. You may ask us to correct or delete your enquiry at any time using the contact details that will be published here.
